I never expect that working in SAF has many hidden agendas. I realise the employees guidelines is not followed through. This is totally unexpected because we are talking about government aided organisation here. For example: a justifiable case with evidence can turn into an accusation and malign by the officers.Likewise situation sited by the officers can turn into an exagerating soap opera.
Unfortunately the officers are formidable and when ask for help, you receive no help lines
I will like to share my recent experience with SAF.
I had suffered from a chronic medical condition that requires medical attention, which was indirectly resulted from IPPT. However, my condition was doubted and neglected and dozens of appeals were not successful. My subsequent pleas has led to threats such as charge for malingering and career termination. Eventually, the fear insecurity and despair moments has led to depression that resulted me in hospitalised for weeks. The worst case I can imagine is seeing a top notch urology professor was not accepted and recognised. I was told by the officers not to seek help from a third party or actions will be taken against me. Hence, I left the force that results in opportunity cost such as career, graduity fee and tonnes of medical expense.
Anyone will like to share your views?
Can anyone advice me as I wish to get help to gain justice against SAF.
